MOTOAID MALAYSIA'S CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORMS:

At Motoaid Malaysia, the welfare of our card members and clients in general are of up-most importance. Upon the arrival of our units at the the pick - up location (Point : A), our handlers will present the owner or the mandated representative of the owner of the motorcycle intended for transfer, a document called the ; `Motoaid's Customer Acknowledgement Form', for the owner to sign. This gives our handlers the authority to transport the vehicle(s) to intended destinations selected by the owner / his or her mandated representative, prior. At times during transfers, authorities like the Police, JPJ etc. might check up on our trucks just to make sure Motoaid is not ferrying stolen vehicles. Instances like these , this form will come in handy to ensure tasks are completed speedily.

This same document is also handed over to the person in charge at point (B) or Point (C) being points of deliveries or transition venues for purposes of  acknowledgement.There are instances, especially during accidents where the vehicle(s) are needed to be transported to the closest police station or holding area for proper report making. At times too, vehicles are instructed by the owner to be held at a holding area before being delivered to its final venue at a later time. Instructions like these too need signatures of the owner as acknowledgement.

Finally, when the vehicle reaches its final destination, ie : a workshop, the owner's residence etc, the same form will be presented again for signatures. These actions enables proper recording for future reference. There is also provisions for items accompanying the motorcycle transfer.

Lateral diagrams of motorcycles included at the bottom of the form enables our handlers to mark areas of damages incurred by the vehicle before being lifted unto our units. Our handles are also trained to take pictures of the vehicles at the pick up point, point of transition and at the final point of delivery.
