MOTORCYCLE TOWING : MOTOAID MALAYSIA'S URU (URBAN RESPONSE UNIT)


Apart from our normal fleet of super carriers which are deployed all over Peninsular Malaysia, Motoaid has taken the initiative to improve our services by deploying a fleet of URU (Urban Response Unit) which are smaller capacity trucks that can react faster to emergencies.

To curb urban traffic congestion, the deployment of URU within KL, Penang and Johor Bahru have tremendously improved our response time. For example, during the day, within Klang Valley we have attained our KPI by improving our average response time to 43 minutes per call.










On our URUs , we have specialized tools like chokers to reduce the risk of accidents while handling heavy machines and also ease the burden of each rescue.
